    Plot Summary

    While waiting for Dinah Lance at the airport in Star City, Oliver Queen, also known as the Green Arrow, sees the attempted assassination of the princess of Vlatava, Princess Perdita, the niece of Count Vertigo. Perdita has just become queen of Vlatava, after the death of her father, but if she dies Count Vertigo will become the king. So her uncle has hired many assassins, all under the leadership of Meryln, and old enemy of Green Arrow's. Green Arrow tries to save the girl, while fighting off assassins and Meryln. In the end Black Canary has to step into save Perdita and Green Arrow from Count Vertigo. Green Arrow proposes, and Perdita encourages Black Canary to except.

    Not Too Long, Not Too Short, Just Right 0

    Another of DC’s forays into animation shorts of their lesser known characters, this fast and furious film was perfectly paced and doesn’t leave us feeling it was over too soon or that it needs to be extended. It’s not that surprisingly since Green Arrow is a one gimmick hero with a fancy archery set. Much like the previous short films of DC Showcase, this is not an origin story but rather “a day in the life” of Green Arrow as he finds himself embroiled in an assassi...
