Perdita has just become queen of Vlatava, after the death of her father, but if she dies Count Vertigo will become the king. So her uncle has hired many assassins, all under the leadership of Meryln, and old enemy of Green Arrow's. Green Arrow tries to save the girl, while fighting off assassins and Meryln. In the end Black Canary has to step into save Perdita and Green Arrow from Count Vertigo. Green Arrow proposes, and Perdita encourages Black Canary to except.
