This is by far namek's most impressive strength feat. Superman before punched him hard enough to send him a distance which seems about 600 meters+, with enough leftover momentum to derail three trains. Namek still has the strength after taking this punch to toss a 166-200 ton locomotive across the town and hit dceu superman with extreme precision, making it seem like he did it with ease/without any buildup.

This is a category that namek lacks in, but he still does have some impressive feats.

Here, namek is shown to be part of a duel effort that knocks superman out.

Visibly causes pain to superman with a punch.

Sends superman flying and creates a sonic boom with a punch, confirming his ability to punch at faster than sound/supersonic speeds.

Hurting superman is extremely impressive as this is the same superman who can take this relatively unphased.

Now I will get into why taking punches from superman is so impressive.

As seen below, superman, earlier in the film, was able to shatter kryptonian metal with an effortless blow, which was barely thrown like a normal punch.

Now, why is this impressive? The same metal later in the film was shown to be able to fly through several buildings and take mach 22-24 impacts(re-entry speeds) with no issue. Namek was able to take punches from a more powerful clark(longer exposure to sunlight=more power) which clark put way

more effort into(show in the gif prior to this one). Namek was taking punches that were hundreds if not thousands of times more powerful than the force needed to blow a hole the size of a car in material capable of withstanding orbital re-entry impacts and going through several buildings with ease.
