Has anyone noticed the strange masked character with a red aura around him who appears in both Swamp Thing and Batwing? He's just standing in the background watching. Maybe this is a recurring character that I don't know about, as I'm relatively new to comics, but if not then I wonder who he is. I would post pictures but sleep is calling, and it won't take no for an answer.
