Anyone reads that mini? I know it's basically a "respectful" shifting from the N52 brilliant reinvention of the character to a more "classic" status quo, which disappoints me a lot, but so long the book isn't bad.

Did you read the New 52 Captain Atom title? I've been thinking about reading that before getting my hands onto this mini.

Oh yeah, and it's my favorite N52 book by far actually. From what I've seen, people who like shallow superheroics don't tend to like this book, but if you don't mind when your books have identity crises, alienation and brooding, then you should like it. And it's not like there's no action, there's enough of it. The killer combo imo, I really don't get the people who complain about this book.

I've been thinking of getting into Captain Atom (conceptually, the character seems pretty cool) so I'm tempted to pick up the New 52 and then this.
