While I consider myself to be a huge green lantern fan and been reading every GL floppy since Secret Origin, I still forget a bunch of stuff because I'm bad at remembering. So could a couple GL fans fill me in

Just finished GLC 14 with saint walker and I need to fill in the gaps.

Where has saint been? Last I recall wasn't he working with sinestro? Can't remember how he got out of that or what happened afterwords. I even forgot how he got his ring back

Where are the templar guardians? Last I remember they were with Kyle on helping the universe but I don't recall where they went off to as well

Saint Walker got his ring back in the Venditti run, I think specifically he got it around the Godhead event. Up to that point he's been written as an alien without hope, trying to find himself, so that's one way Venditti was able to write him in and out of the comic whenever he needed to.
