DC Comics
Originally known as "National Publications", DC is a publisher of comic books featuring iconic characters and teams such as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, the Justice League of America, and the Teen Titans, and is considered the originator of the American superhero genre. Female Characters Who Deserve Their Own Solo Series
I voted Zatanna. To be fair, I don't know most of the characters (other than in name), but those I do are mostly associated with teams in my mind. Zatanna strikes me as strong and different enough (as in, the corner of the DCU she occupies) to carry her own book in a way few of the others do. But again, that's just the basic impression I've gotten, and were I more familiar perhaps I'd feel differently.
@powerherc: You think Black Canary and Zatanna aren't popular enough to maintain a solo series? Anyways which character's series would you like to read?
@wolverine08: yeah you know how it is. If she's getting a solo series, I get to be a supporting character in the series
I think my girlfriend Zatanna should get a solo series!
Come on man, you should not hit on someone else's gf, you know the bro code.
@rustyroy: meaning you should back off of Zee ;) haha
@batmannflash: Nooo, you can't have her, she's mine, mine. mine, mine..............
@wolverine08: @rustyroy: haha settle down guys, learn to accept the facts and let go of what's not yours!
She's mine, btw
NO! She's mine!
Maybe when you're legal. :P

oooooh burn! high five RustyRoy
@wolverine08: 17. close enough!
Considering the current popularity of the Green Lantern line, DC might find some success with a Star Sapphire series. I mean, Red Lanterns is close to finishing out it's second year, and that's pretty much a one-note concept.
Power Girl
DC needs to cancel Worlds' Finest, bring back Helena Bertinelli, and move her over to BoP. Then they need to call Jimmy Palmiotti, Justin Grey, and Amanda Connor and offer them anything they want to work on PeeGee again.
That would be great, I also prefer Bertinelli over Wayne.

Yeah, a Star Sapphire series can be very successful.
Zatanna, I feel there are lot of things that DC can do with the character beyond what they're doing with her in Justice League Dark. I could see her acting as a detective of shorts for the supernatural and mystical areas of the DCnU. She could easily operate out of places like Gotham City, dealing with various cases involving magical creatures, people, and objects.

With the right creative team any of those characters could work.
Zatanna is the only one I'd buy without knowing much about the creative team, she gets my vote.
None of the above.
Then who?
@blkson: Wonder Woman, Batgirl and Catwoman?

Forgot about those.
