Monocle is an enemy of Hawkman. He has devised many different types of lenses with abilities such as focusing various forms of heat, radiation, light, cosmic rays, and x-rays.
Batman enemy The Signalman, is a failed gangster by the name of Phil Cobb who turned to super-villainy using signs and symbols as his motif. Signalman relies mainly on gimmicks. He has used a gas-gun, miniature flares and remote controlled devices that change signals of an electronic nature.
Brother of Jor-El and father to Kara Zor-El, Zor-El used reverse engineering of Brainiac technology and saved Argo City from Krypton's destruction. He now operates as the Cyborg Superman, an enemy to his daughter, Supergirl.

Ra's al Ghul, whose name translates to "The Demon's Head" in Arabic, is the centuries-old leader of the League of Assassins. He sees humanity as a cancer poisoning the Earth, and seeks to eliminate most of them in order to stave off environmental disaster. He has clashed frequently with Batman, whom he hoped to make his successor.
Lex Luthor, Superman's arch-nemesis, is one of the most brilliant men alive, whose hatred of "interfering aliens" pushes him down the path of a sociopath. Known for his "ends justifies the means" approach to life, his single-minded and often brutal focus puts him at odds with The Man of Steel. Luthor is arguably DC Comics' most iconic villain.
Damian Wayne is the son of Bruce Wayne and Talia al Ghul. Trained by the League of Assassins all his life, Damian joined his father’s side in the war against crime by becoming the fifth Robin.

Grant Wilson is the son of Slade Wilson a.k.a. Deathstroke the Terminator . He is known as the first Ravager. His sister is Rose Wilson, who later adopted the identity of Ravager.
Talon is the Earth-3 counterpart of Robin and sidekick of Owlman, an evil counterpart of Batman. He was once a villain but has since changed his ways and travelled to New Earth with his girlfriend Deula Dent, joining the Teen Titans for a period.
Mark Shaw started his superhero career as a Manhunter but since then he has taken many other identities good and evil. He is now the leader of Leviathan.

After disposing of the Qwardians, Sinestro allegedly kept the ring and allowed Prohl Gosgotha to die of his wounds, despite the Lanterns pleas to return it.
A deranged scientist who performs twisted surgeries on his victims to make them into Dollotrons, his idea of perfection. Professor Pyg often comes into conflict with Batman and was formerly an agent of Spyral.
