Kabuki finds herself in an institution for renegade government agents called Control Corps. It is a place where broken or defective government operatives are taken to be debriefed, psycho analyzed… and rebuilt, and reassigned if possible. With no Kabuki costume, and no mask to hide her scars, Kabuki finds herself in a psychological showdown with her interrogating analyst. Isolated, tormented, and only able to relate to the world through the security of her mask, her only comfort is a mysterious inmate named Akemi who sends inspirational notes that launch Kabuki to a new level of self-realization. Or is it just another trick?
