Uxas, famously known as Darkseid, is the supreme monarch of the ecumenopolis, Apokolips. Widely regarded as one of the Justice League's worst adversaries, the greatest enemy of New Genesis and one of the biggest threats to the DC Multiverse, he seeks to bend everything to his will and remake the cosmos in his image, while searching for the Anti-Life Equation, an equation which seemingly consists of immense power that has the potential to dominate all life in the DC Multiverse.

I agree unless doom got a cosmic cube. And you could always say that if any character gets a cube but then again Doom has the intellect to weild the cube properly but his regular powers would be lacking
Darkseid on Apokolips. All of Apokolips at his disposal. Everything! Who will now be able to take down Darkseid? Note: Silver Surfer got swarmed by Parademons in the Darkseid & Galactus, The Hunger comic. They were too much for him. Also, you can argue that it was because he was hungry, but those giant Apokoliptian monsters Darkseid sent after Galactus, they were too much for him. Silver Surfer had to come in and save Galactus. - My personal opinion is, with all of Apokolips at his disposal, there is not one being in the universe that can take down and defeat Darkseid.
