We can say it was constructed by the beings from the fifth dimension. They even have two Monitors that are far more competent. Beside they should have some effect like characters like Jimmy Olson and Harley Quin were made from TV series, and then there is the movie universe where do we add that.

@hazlenaut: it did!: it was a short lived series back in the mid 90's where he looked like a muscle bound flesh version of himself, except his woredrobe was red.... i think it was in the series, "the new gods"; where several of the new gods got into a skirmish with prime earth darksied, and were displaced to another earth, trying to get back to prime earth, helping him combat several villian type versions of good super heroes, one of them being his illegitimate son..... they succeed, and he helps them get back to prime earth, wishing them a safe journey, hoping to see them again, which never happens, so ending the cross over...

@jedixman: in the series of "the search for ray palmer", (the atom), there was a heroic version of the joker, called "the jokester".... while assisting donna troy, night wing, & kyle raynar, (green lantern), in their quest to find ray palmer, he had the unfortunate circumstance of being killed by "the anti monitor", as he helped the a fore mentioned heroes escape.....

Well one, there is zero chance of that happening. Darkseid is literally one of the most evil things in the DC multiverse. If he became good he'd probably be like a less successful Thanos. As I've always considered Thanos that better prep master between the two. The dangerous villains of the universe would have a lot more to think about before deciding to invade Earth. I've actually heard the suggestion that Darkseid is essentially an evil Superman with more powers, is far far older and more intelligent. So just picture that working for the good guys now lol.

To be honest, it'd probably be something akin to having two Highfathers.
