Darkseid
Character » Darkseid appears in 1531 issues.
Uxas, famously known as Darkseid, is the supreme monarch of the ecumenopolis, Apokolips. Widely regarded as one of the Justice League's worst adversaries, the greatest enemy of New Genesis and one of the biggest threats to the DC Multiverse, he seeks to bend everything to his will and remake the cosmos in his image, while searching for the Anti-Life Equation, an equation which seemingly consists of immense power that has the potential to dominate all life in the DC Multiverse.
How old is Darkseid?
"@comicfanforever: He is about 30,000 years old as that's when the New Gods were created. "
And Yuga Khan ? (Sorry to ask...)
Thank You.
Darkseid is at least 245.000 years old. This is the time of his first battle with Doomsday. He is likely older than that. There is no information on Yuga Khan's age, though he is probably much younger than Odin, who is placed at somewhere between the extinction of dinosaurs and evolution of man.
" @comicfanforever: No problem I'm just going by an official DC timeline which says that 24,000 years ago 'Uxas second son of Heggra is born'.I was only out by a few thousand years. It gives the rise of Yuga Khan as about 30,000 years ago. "The official timeline goes against the established dates before its creation, and is, in turn, ignored by dates made after its creation.
To be fair the timeline even contradicts itself.Doomsday did go on his first universal rampage 245,000 years ago and even though it's not mentioned that is when he met Darkseid on Bylan 5 about 220,000 years before they say he was born so I concede the point that official timelines mean squat!
Wasn't it mentioned that Darkseid used time travel technology to go back in time before he was born. The New gods had a different understanding of time than other beings? Most timelines I've seen place Darkseid around a few thousand to around thirty-thousand years old at most. Sometimes he and the other new gods are shown as older, but this is rare.
Most say a bit more than 245,000 years old (when he encountered Doomsday in the Doomsday Annual), but comic book age for any character is difficult to gather with all the contradictions. one timeline had his earliest appearance be 15,000 years ago. I also may not be recalling this correctly, but didn't Darkseid use time travel to get to the point where he was in the Doomsday Annual (anyone have scans of that?)

Really? Which source/comic was that from?
He has lived 'Ages'. No number of years mentioned just that he has destroyed worlds and rules his own universe which he basically created as after effects of his battles with Highfather.
he's 36. jk
Closer to 43 or 44.

He's way older than Odin. Odin is under 100,000 years old
@comicfanforever: Darkseid, going by these estimates, is significantly older than Thanos. Although Odin is probably older. The Elder Gods were one of the first things on Earth, which puts them at around 3-4 billion years old. However, Odin is probably far younger than that. So Darkseid, depending on which is more accurate, is either far younger than Odin or around the same age. Both are tremendously older than Thanos, who is at least 450 years old. Thanos practiced the dark arts approximately 300 years before he took in Gamora. It was said that he started practicing black arts on Titan (death magic wad part of the actual reason he was exiled). He was said to have left Titan between the age of 18 and 20, and didn't return for over 80-100 years. So we figure out how old Gamora is and add it to 320 and you'll have the age of Thanos.
Also, the New Gods started around 30,000 years ago. Which means that Darkseid is younger than 30,000 years old. This means that him being 24,000 years old is correct. Man, isn't it weird to think that Thor is older than Thanos and Darkseid is older than Trigon?
