Earlier this month, we got to see the first trailer for season two of Daredevil.Punisher was in action and taking down criminals across the city, and by taking down, we mean killing. The trailer ended with Elektra, which was a huge tease.

Now, Netflix has released part two of this trailer and it's all about Elektra and Daredevil teaming up to take down the Yakuza. Check it out for yourself.

This show never fails with the crappy costumes

This trailer is absolutely unreal. My excitement is so high right now. I care so much more about Elektra/The Hand then Punisher so this trailer was way better in my opinion.

Same. As cool as the Punisher is, he felt like a foot-note compared to the obvious Hand hints they were dropping over and over in the first season.

Honestly, Daredevil has always been the one to fight the ninjas, the shadow organizations, the criminals in the dark so I wondered how they were going to stretch the Punisher across a full season and now I see, they wont.

I do kind of hope we also get what Jessica Jones got and get a little cross-over of their stories so we can build towards the Defenders.

I've never liked Elektra's costume. I'm 100% ok with how she looks in the show.

Wish there was more red in her costume but it reminds me of her ultimate look.

The Hand and Elektra got me really excited. They're writing her well it seems.

Much better trailer then the first one. Bringing in Elektra's pov opens things up more instead of limiting it all to the monotone nature that is the Punisher. Bringing in Ninjas gets back to the insanity of superhero stories like Arrow for all it's protention of being grim and gritty it cannot overwrite teh inherent absurdity of ninjas on a rooftop.

Also I like the DD costume both the old and this new one. But whatever they did with the eyes just looks dumb, yeah they catch the light and look scary only they don't.

It's going to be interesting seeing how they balance Punisher with the Hand.

They are giving us everything we want except Bullseye. I have to say this is a pretty huge achievement.

I must be the only one who likes the costumes(they aren't perfect but they're passable)

Also I love how the Punisher's trailer is load and dramatic while this one is smooth and casual.

My son said "They'll have their little Superhero tussle then team up.". He's probably not wrong...

Did they bring Nobu back from the dead? The hand does do these things occasionally. Or do we have some enraged student or family member out for revenge, thereby showing that killing your enemy doesn't necessarily lead to a better result when you deal with crazy criminal honor systems.

If there's anything I've learned over the years with comic book adaptations, it's that everyone presumably hates all costumes ever. It even got to the point where people were raging out on Thing's costume in the new Fantastic Four, even though Thing is literally a pile of sentient rocks. Not to mention all the hate Deadpool's outfit got even though it was pretty much a perfect recreation of the his current comic outfit.

The hype is real. But I thought it was said that we would see Elektra in a costume that resembled the one in the comics.

@anjon: I think you're overexaggerating. Plenty of costumes look, great, some even better then the comics. Off the top of my head, Hit-Girl, all of Captain Americas suits (minus the Avengers one), Raimi Spider-Man, Nolan Batman (except the tiny mouth), Arrows new season 4 costume, all of those are fantastic. And imho, Deadpool is literally the best live action suit to date.

The crap netflix throws at us is just crap. I get that the don't want color, they won't that dirty grimy realism. But sweat pants and jeans? Come on.

Well it sort of reminiscent of Ultimate Elektra with the jeans and the upper looks like her red costume at times in terms of style. She is missing her handband though and in favor has the mask.

At 1:40 it looks like she has a totally different, leathery costume with a mix of red and black. Having her be in a full on red costume beside a full on red Daredevil costume doesn't translate too well on screen.

Great. With Elektra, the Hand, and Punisher, this should be a great follow-up season.

I am guessing Elektra's costume evolves. I agree that in one spot it looks different. They may be keeping it in the dark (literally) for a better, later reveal.

Hopefully they keep Elektra's Greek heritage somehow, it's a key part of her background.

The woman playing Elektra looks Asian to me. My only complaint about that. This was a cool trailer otherwise. Not digging the eyes they added. Almost made him look......special.

This is definitely going to blow away season 1 even if only half my expectations are met. I thought season 1 was... good. This looks great. Huge difference.

Preferred the previous trailer, tbh. This one didn't do much for me. Glad to know the Hand are in this though.
