Well, at least here every 2nd scene isn't the same emo crap over and over again. Much better than that annoying Arrow.

On the third ep now and loving the dark gritty feel. Any DC haters to troll their movie /TV style and like this need to zip it

Excellent episode !!

Like most of us I'm comparing this to Arrow. And I have to say after just 5 minutes in the fighting is already so much better. The choreography is both cool and brutal but doesn't look forced as for example Roy Harper's endless suply of unnecessary backflips.

A great show so far also if any DCCU fans say anything about having a light tone in the MCU the last two or three projects from marvel proved they can handle dark and serious tones

I just finished the first episode and I loved it.

This show is really good. All I could keep thinking while watching the initial three episodes is how good a Punisher show with the same creators would likely be. Maybe someday.

Kinda feel similar. I'm on episode 4 right now, and it's gotten better in terms of acting. It's not nearly as corny as Agents of M.E.H. and Arrow/Flash, but it still feels a bit corny at times. The fighting scenes are top notch though. Whatever style(s) they're using as DD's fighting style is awesome to watch. Also love the darker aspect of the show, especially in comparison to the rest of the Marvel movies and shows. It's got me pulled in, but I'm not sure I enjoy it as much as Arrow and Flash so far. For some reason, I was expecting more action. Still got a ton more episodes to go though.

Great show. Better than Arrow and Flash. Love the dark tones and the fighting is superb. That one hallway fight scene in Ep. 2 was fantastic

@webheadcomics: I actually loved the dock fight scene in episode 1 even more.

Just finished my binge watching of all 13 eps and really enjoyed it. Solid story, great acting (D'onofrio as Kingpin was downright chilling in some scenes). Don't know how I feel about the costume switch in the last ep, but it doesn't look completely ridiculous. All in all a great series, and I can't wait for the next one!

Personally liked the fight in the dark and the fight outside the car a few episodes into the series. The latter was extremely effective in showing how Matt can use the environment and any weapons on hand to his advantage in a split second.

I wish I could spoiler-tag from the Nook, but I don't think I gave away anything. Tried to describe the fights in a broad sense.

Were my eyes playing tricks on me or was their office opposite of "Atlas Publishing"?

It was good, but I'm just not feeling the main actor. He is so small and delicate.

@trixie: Frank Miller always described Matt as wirey. And I doubt he has much time to pump iron given his profession. He's not a billionaire playboy. His fighting skills were pretty convincing.

This show is superior to AOS. Agent Carter was better than AOS.

@fallbrigade: i'm on episode 9 right now and i'm kinda torn from liking it,ans just feeling ok with it.Cause Fisk and Matt are fantastic characters and just seeing The Devil grow is pretty cool,but I still havent grown closer to characters like Page,and Foggy,(can barely remember their names) They just kinda feel there to me.The grit fits the character alot,and I like some of the story,and the cornyness I see is fine I mean I love Arrow and The Flash for that,and their romance stuff,cause I don't mind that,fight scenes are great though!

It's strange that a lot of people seems to like this show. I found this first episode mediocre or average at best. The acting looks very weak to me, the plot a little forced, the overall is odd. I dont know if i'm gonna watch the remaining episodes.

@ultimatepower6: it's the best superhero show to date (way better than Arrow and even better than the Flash), and is the best origin we've seen so far. Makes me so excited for their next Netflix shows, particularly Iron Fist

@surza7 I don't get AT ALL how you think the acting on Arrow and The flash is better. The acting on those shows is pretty bad. In fact, the only characters that are good on the Arrow and the Flash are Diggle, Roy, Eobard Thawne/Harrison Wells, pre Season 3 Oliver Queen, Cisco and Caitlin. The rest SUCK. The acting on Daredevil is AMAZING compared to ALL of those shows...

Tried watching it, got bored halfway through. I found myself skipping a lot of dialogue scenes and even fight scenes. I'll try and watch this show when I got a lot of spare time. No desire to watch it ASAP

How superhero tv should be done. so faithful to the lore, mythology and the characters. The fights are on another level. I love arrow, but this show makes it look like child's play. Gonna be hard for me to watch arrow after this. Charlie cox is such a badass hero. Kingpin is a monstrous child. So good. One of the best casts on tv. Great Easter eggs all around. I'm hooked....bring me season 2 now

How can people say that Arrow or Gotham are better than this?

From start to finish, this show was fantastic. D'Onofrio's Kingpin is downright terrifying, Cox is a great lead, the supporting cast is phenomenal as well. Foggy, Karen, Ben, Wesley, etc.

The choreography, as some people have mentioned, is great. The show doesn't always call for action, but when it does, it delivers.

Marvel did not pull their punches. The show was gritty, literally dark, believable, and grounded itself in its own world.

I'm more than excited to see what they have in store next for Daredevil. After watching the series, I am more than confident in Marvel being to pull of a Punisher show.

Best superhero show hands down. Watch it all and watch it now.

Watched 3 episodes so far. Really great.

Excellent fight scenes, with him bouncing off the walls and using all kinds of interesting angles. In the 2nd episode I liked how he was getting so tired fighting so many guys. It showed him as very human. And clearly he needs to ninja-up so he can learn some better ways to take normal people out quickly. It's great to show that learning curve.

Night Nurse is great, Ben Urich is great. Foggy is great.

They're using the possibility of adult content well, with slight hints at sexuality, some hard violence, and some scattered swearing, but not going over the top with it just because they can. It's a good balance.

Definitely looking forward to watching more of this, and the next few shows that come after Daredevil.

This show better then Arrow.

Can't believe they killed off Ben Urich. Just finished the final episode. Show is easily a million times better than Agents Of Shield. Netflix should make all Marvel shows

It was an awesome show.....its better than Arrow(but I love arrow).....but im saying same level as the Flash thing is Daredevil is much different hero than the Flash.....one is very Sci-Fi the other is Crime drama

This show is wicked! It's so much grittier and darker than Arrow, and not to mention better. The acting performances, the action scenes, and the dialogue were well done. Kudos to Steven S. DeKnight. I AM SPARTACUS!

Just finished watching all the episodes, all so good and Marvel really outdid themselves this time. Hoping for a Season 2.

Daredevil exceeded all the hype it h\gave out and that's not easy to do.This character saved Marvel tv by himself.It's funny how Superman would kill before Daredevil.Love how Marvel stays true to the majority of the characters.

This was a great pilot episode, it was compelling, focused, and interesting. Really enjoying this show so far.

they raised the bar with this show ....I literally can't believe how good it is ...I recommend it !
