Also, radar sense picks up shapes, so he would see them moving.

Pretty much every one of his senses would be useful, unless undead is expanded to include ghosts because then I am not so sure.

If you mean would his radar sense be able to tell that that dude walking up to him is a zombie? No. It is just a human being walking like he's missing his left big toe.

I don't think he can sense ghosts/spirits unless they make a noise or effect the world physucally

Well in Daredevil 270 he did detect Blackheart both because of movement and smell. He did however have problem with him disappearing in this world but he can do it. Daredevil would have problem against a character like Nightcrawler since he would first detect him when he could smell the explosion when Kurt jumps back to this world and the movement he makes in this world.

Though they wouldn't have heartbeats they'd 1. Smell, 2. Make shuffling noises from walking and possibly vocalizations, 3. Make vibrations on the ground, etc

well i don't think he would be able to sense dead people because there would be no sound or vibrations to sense.

Zombies smell (dead corpse). They make sound when they walk, sometimes they also make mutters sound there would be a lot for Matt to sense.

Well like I said, he could sense the demon Blackheart and also Mephisto. It depends if the spirit/ghost smell, make sounds is colder/warmer than the surroundings. it is clear not a true given no.

Zombies? Certainly. Ghosts? Maybe, depends on the exact makeup and properties of the ghost.

If we're talking ghosts, generally the ones who don't want to be seen are invisible anyway, so he wouldn't be at any disadvantage compared to a sighted person. In fact, he'd at least be able to sense if it was throwing furniture or something at him from behind.
