Yellow!
Daredevil: Yellow...one word to describe it would be AMAZING! I loved it. It gave me a whole new level of respect for him as a character.
The whole story is set with Matt Murdock aka Daredevil narrating a letter he is writing to his now deceased girlfriend Karen Page in the hopes that it will help him grieve over her loss. He is telling the story of how the two met and fell in love, how his father was murdered and how he got his revenge on the gang involved and how he transformed from a blind kid to an amazing man and superhero.
The story is humorous, bold and beautifully poetic , written in Jeph Loeb's signature style and Tim Sale's amazing panels in which he puts so much detail with minimal effort and beautiful water colors.
I bought the hardcover trade edition with a neat little introduction by Stan Lee himself.
The only thing I didn't like about this comic was that it had to end. Five stars!
