The Vulture is back and preying on the grave of Heather Glenn! Plus, Nelson & Murdock out of business? Foggy hits Matt right where it hurts, when he blames Matt for their law practice’s failure. Has Foggy reached the end of his rope?

Matt Murdock catches the Vulture trying to dig up the body of Heather, to steal the jewels she was buried with. After a brief fight, the Vulture gets away and Matt goes back to his Law Office, where he finds Foggy packing up. Foggy explains that they are out of business and yells at Matt, blaming him for the business going under.

Matt takes full blame but Foggy leaves angry and goes to the roof. Up on the roof Foggy contemplates suicide and the vulture is there hiding goading him to do it. Just as it looks like Foggy might jump Daredevil shows up and stops him. Then Daredevil and The Vulture continue their battle from earlier.

Daredevil wins this fight by taking the fight indoor in a dark basement, where his radar sense is more advantages then the Vulture's flight.

Also in this issue the Black Crow watches Daredevil battle the Vulture and then later out of sight he talks to a mysterious voice saying that "Daredevil is worthy" and that "I must return to him or die'
