While on vacation with her family in San Francisco, Dana was involved in the tram accident that transformed various humans into ultras. After gaining her telekinetic powers from this event, she became increasingly violent and mentally abusive to her husband, Jeffrey. Concerned for their daughter, he escaped, taking the child with him.

On a huge sweep of the USA, over 300 ultras were pinpointed for Mosely and marked for death, including Dana Bradley. Hired by Mosely, Rafferty began formulating plans to kill them all, starting with the lesser ones first to hone his ultra-killing skills.

Dana Bradley hired Firearm to track down her ex-husband in an effort to gain her daughter back. She lied to Swan that it was Jeffrey who had become violent. Firearm then began to track him down. Dana Bradley then hired three hoods to attack Firearm so that he would think that it was Jeffrey using them to intimidate Swan.

Firearm tracked Jeffrey down and found him at the top of the Seattle Space Needle with his daughter. Jeffrey explained the real situation to him just as the enraged Dana attacked, smashing apart the window to reach her daughter and confront her husband. Firearm aimed his gun at Dana but she knocked it back telekinetically. She tried to kill her ex-husband, but Swan jumped at her, telling Jeffrey to leave with the child. They fell over the edge and Dana was able to break free, hovering in mid-air in front of him as he dangled upside down, only a loose cable holding him. Dana then flew off out of sight.

Later, Swan momentarily thought he saw Dana Bradley flying outside the window of the jet he was in, glad for her change of heart in Seattle in letting him live. He hoped to someday learn more about why she flew off rather than take her daughter away with her.

At a diner, Dana Bradley sat and smoked while holding a teapot and cup telekinetically aloft as she poured. Lost in her thoughts, the window next to her exploded as an arrow fired by Rafferty, pierced her skull, instantly killing her.
