When Captain Rochebrune conquered Tortuga, delivering it to the Brethren of the Coast, perhaps he didn't think that the sparkle of liberty he set off would propagate to the neighboring isle of Saint Domingue, whose western part will be called in the following centuries with the name of Haiti... Many centuries afterwards, that's where a bloody track running from New Orleans to Ciudad Juarez, brought the avenger/serial killer Jeff Carter, on the tracks of a criminal organization. But Haiti is also the island of voodoo, or, as the locals say, “vodou”... During a passionate ceremony, to the sound of the drums, beautiful Marceline Coquette, (a.k.a. Mambo Erzilì), calls Danballah-Wedò, General Sanglant and Guedé-Nimbò to join in the sacred dance... or better, she calls their incarnations: Harlan Draka, Emil Kurjak and Tesla Dubcek. What are the three vampire hunters doing on the island? Why is their path crossing again with Jeff's? And what's the role of Master of the Night Draka in all this situation?...
