    Daken is Wolverine's long lost son, torn from his mother's womb by the dark figure Romulus. Raised with a warped view on his father's "abandonment" and his mother's murder, Daken was left holding a grudge.

    I was just wondering does daken still has his third claw, I know he lost when wolverine took them out because they were infused with the muramasa blade and I know he has a healing factor. I'm just wondering that's all. Is he better off without it

    No, he does not. His healing factor should have enabled him to regrow it, however that is obviously not the writer's intention, so for the time being he only has two claws in each hand.

    it might have something to do with the effects of the Muramasa metal that was bonded to it....maybe it affected his healing factor there....he also has a scar on each forearm where they used to be

    His depiction in those series was as accurate as Noh-Varr's. Meaning, not at all.

    I've seen scans of his other feats, but I haven't really read about him. I blame his close relation with the X-Men/Wolverine. I haven't read any X-Men since...probably Messiah Complex or just a little bit after that.

    The current X-Force volume has been pretty good (as long as it didn't cross over to other events, which it usually did). I'd recommend it, though.
     
    Daken's on-going was good for the most part, as well, with hardly any connections with Logan.

    Wolverine removed it but in an interview they said it will regrow just will take time but dark wolverine was amazing .

    Dude if you really heard that from an interview it's cool
    but I knew there was something about it,I believe his third claw will re-grow or be planted between his wrist.

    actualy the only connection with wolverine or the x-men is that Daken used logans costume to annoy his dady and the x-men

    Daniel Way: Right. Well, he had been upgraded. He had been holding the ultimate weapon in his hands and that was cool while it lasted, but the fact that he got it taken away was so much cooler. I don't like really, really overpowered characters because it takes away their need to, I don't know, maneuver. And that's really where Daken shines: in that cat and mouse type of thing. But yeah. He got screwed over by his dad and lost two of his claws. Now, they'll grow back. But now he has to be a lot more calculating and scheming to get what he wants because it's no longer "easy" for him.
