Bruce Banner led the Hulk's son Skaar into a fight with Daken to help train Skaar to eventually fight the Hulk. Wolverine ends up involved and gets a few Old-Power taser shots for his efforts. Daken has yet to face the Incredible Hulk face to face.

Jean Grey was one of the five original X-Men. An omega-level mutant telepath and powerful telekinetic, Jean has gained near limitless powers as a recurrent host of the Phoenix Force. She is known for her return from death and as the wife of Cyclops.

After the Hood is defeated by the Punisher, Norman Osborn sends every HAMMER agent available as well as Daken to take out the Punisher. The Punisher, still wounded from his confrontations with the Hood and his minions, is further wounded by HAMMER agents by getting shot in the leg and, hit with pumpkin bombs, falling into the sewer breaking his leg. The Punisher encounters Daken in the sewer and leaves him there bloody. Upon crawling out of the sewer, he is confronted by numerous HAMMER agents and a healed Daken who he fights and gets killed by. Later, as FrankenCastle, the Punisher goes after Daken and nearly kills him until Wolverine interferes, saving Daken's life.
Little is known about Romulus. He has been shown, however, to be extremely intelligent with connections with various governments and government programs. Romulus was ultimately behind the Weapon X Program. Given his great lifespan, and the few instances revealed about his past, Romulus is an exceptional warrior, planner and tactician.
Victor Creed is the feral mutant called Sabretooth. He was a member/subject of the Weapon X Project and is the arch-enemy of Wolverine. Unlike Wolverine, Sabretooth embraces his primal instincts, leaving death in his wake. Due to a spell gone wrong by Scarlet Witch, Sabretooth got inverted and became a more heroic person for a while.
The world knows Wanda Maximoff as the Scarlet Witch, with probability manipulation and reality-warping abilities. The twin sister of Quicksilver, mother to Wiccan and Speed, and ex-wife of the Vision; Wanda has taken on many roles throughout her life but will forever be known for causing the Decimation.
