I really don't get it. He's one of the strongest members of DC's marquee team. He has an enormous number of versatile and some high-tiered feats. And yet people dismiss him like he's some scrub. When you try to tell them about his feats they do the internet version of sticking their fingers in their ears and do the "I CAN'T HEAR YOU!!"

Why is this? I'm thinking Vic has to beat somebody really powerful for him to get the recognition he deserves.

I think he needs more solo adventure.

He has a solo book and it's doing well enough. Outside of his fans who read these books the internet, particularly comicvine, lowballs him.

He's only had 1 solo series.

Other than that people remember him best for his preflashpoint stuff where he wasn't super impressive. Honestly I bet more people would recognize his animated version more than the actual comic version from now.

Give it time and people will notice him better.
