    Origin

    Little is known about Cutup other than he was a hired henchmen of the Joker and is seen as only a muscle man.

    In his first appearance in Batman 131 he and is group have kidnapped some wealthy kids and is holding them for ransom. Nightwing(Dick Grayson) shows up and mocks Cutup but calling him his first name, Jeff, and then insulting him by saying, "Hired muscles with delusions of grandeur."

    Enraged, Cutup pulls a knife on Nightwing, but before he able to attack Robin(Tim Drake) is able to disarm him by throwing his "R" darts. Cutup, thinking he can best the young Robin, lunges towards him to try and make him "SCREAM." Unfortunately, for him Tim easily knocks him out with his bo staff.

    Powers/Abilities

    Cutup appears to have no meta human powers, but looks to have some formal fighting training. He also seems to enjoy using knives as his main weapon of choice.
