• She can control plant life.
• With her necklace she can create illusions to "fool" her enemies.
• Her powers are weakened if exposed to extreme cold.

There are no "Miss April" or "April Reigns" characters listed on Comic Vine, so as far as I can tell, the names are not being used in comics. Therefore, they're viable as Open Source Characters.

Miss April is a common title for calendar models who appear on the April page of a calendar, and it's reasonable to assume that someone else may come up with the idea separate from this OSC.
