Flame of Freedom

Real name: Kip Conners

Kip Conners was a member of the United States Army who excelled as a soldier during WWII. The Army creates flame throwing pistols & a bullet proof, flame retardant suit. They give it to Kip to fight the Nazis as the Flame of Freedom.

Weapons/abilities:

• 2 flame throwing pistols
• Basic gear given to a soldier on the front line.
• Hand to hand combat training
• Expert marksman.

The open source character of Flame of Freedom, created by Corey Grant, has been released to the Public Domain, and is available for use by anyone with only the following conditions: this paragraph must be included in any publication involving Flame of Freedom, in order that others may use this property as they wish, following the same rules as Public Domain properties. The main rule being that your version's story cannot be like the story of anyone else's version (meaning: you may not reference elements from the story you find the character in, because they belong to that story's author, and are not open source).

There are no "Flame of Freedom" or "Kip Conners" characters listed on Comic Vine, so as far as I can tell, the names are not being used in comics. Therefore, they're viable as Open Source Characters.
