    Coraline, based on the Neil Gaiman story, suffered a long hard transition to the big screen. It was in pre-production of two years, and production for another year and a half. All that anticipation for the first Focus Features animated film - as well as the longest stop-motion animation film ever made, might have been wasted if not for the talents of all involved.  Hank Selick, best known as director of 'The Nightmare Before Christmas', turns out a Tim Burton-esque dark fairy tale with very litt...
