There's still no news on whether or not Constantine is getting a second season. The decision from NBC won't come until May and according to Executive Producer and writer Daniel Cerone, they will be pitching the second season on Monday, April 27.

Starting Friday, NBC is streaming the first season of Constantine. This seems like a last chance to see if the show can bring in viewers. We're guessing they want to know how it's going to do and whether or not it's worth doing a second season. Cerone, along with the other Constantine writers, were heavily promoting this.

The streaming event on NBC, Hulu, & VOD begins on Friday, April 23. If you've never seen Constantine before, you should probably watch it. It's free and you can watch it whatever device you're reading this on. If you're a fan of the show, now is the time to make your voice heard. Rewatch the heck out of the first season and tell your friends.

At this point, I almost want to make a personal plea. I love this show. Sure, there's a few bumps in the road in the first few episodes, but this show gets really awesome in the second half of the season, and there is an immense amount of potential for a great second season.

Waiting for the Man (Season Finale, which may be tough to watch without seeing the rest of the season, but still one of the best episodes)

Sure, you're jumping around a bit, but those were my favorite of the first season. In fact, A Feast of Friends should be enough to hook you in.

I watched all the Constantine episodes on Amazon since that's the only way you can in the UK.

We will be again, but we've been going to back-to-back-to-back cons in April and Wednesdays are usually travel days.

Put it on a background tv if you don't wanna watch it. The extra electricity you use might save a show.

I might just leave this playing in my house while I'm doing something else to drive up the numbers.

I'm just going to stream them all in the background. I assume this is NBC trying to quantify the number of streaming viewers because they wonder if the live viewership numbers weren't representative.

Ooooooh yes! By the time I decided I wanted to watch this the first couple of episodes weren't On Demand anymore and I prefer to watch shows collectively at this point, anyways. Awesome. As soon as I find the time to get through Daredevil this'll for sure be next on my list.

It's a very good show and I hope it gets renewed.

This show, Constantine should have been put on Netflix. From there, you can have other shows like Swamp Thing, Deadman, and Zatanna. Finally, you have a team-up show called Justice League Dark.

This could have been a great idea to establish the darkest corners of the DCCU.

Time to catch up!

Sadly i'm in the same boat, I was hoping it would air a week or two later in the UK, like Arrow or the Flash does. It really annoys me when things like this happen and i can't help out.

A Guide for Watching Constantine (For Beginners):

Step 1: Read some issues of "Hellblazer" or at least some of Garth Ennis' run

Step 2: Watch Ep.4 "Feast of Friends" of Constantine series

Step 3: Forget "Constantine" exists and just read some more hellblazer!

Conflicted. I WANT TO support this show, as I want REAL magic to be supported, & not be advanced alien tech BS like in Thor, I also want to make sure that the comic book adaptions continue, & NOT just in the spandex-wearing masked capes, but more "risky" non-traditional types like iZombie, but this show sucks. I do NOT want this show to continue with the current writers, etc. This, Agents of shield, Peggy Cater, they are just blights on the awesomness of Arrow, Flash, iZombie(so far) & to a lesser degree Daredevil. I LIKE John, Papa Midnight, Specter, & want Zatanna, either Dr or 90's knife Fate, Dr13 or Traci, a real Brother Blood, the magical side of DC used, but I do NOT like watching this show currently.

How do you support a concept, a cast, but not the idiots making this as garbage.
