Another City for The Taking
Conan and his merry gang are in a new city, looking for things to steal (and fence).
While at the Rat's Den, a place where the Thieve's Guild seem to hang out, Conan gets in a professional fight.
Janisa, seems to be more snakish than her normal self, flirting her way through various people. I suspect it will not be long before she does something really stupid and Conan has to get rid of her.
Nestor the gunderman on the other hand seems pretty loyal. Actually one of the best friends Conan has had in this series. Too bad he hasn't shown all his cards yet. We know he's got some kind of spell on him that is SUPPOSED to make him betray Conan. When will it happen?
A pretty good opening to this story. The setting is more of the same unfortunately, but who knows what trouble Conan will muster up shortly.
