    It was terrible country to fight in. Narrow roads, treacherous twists and turns, sheer drops into ravines. Bad enough for men on foot, but sudden death for convoys of vehicles. Especially when Frank Halmer in that captured Italian tank of his was turned loose on an unsuspecting enemy!
