A Chinese drug dealer named Ten-go-pee just came out of jail.
He wants revenge on the society that imprisoned him, and like in thirty years he did not level anything, make his fortune by Award No-Vel (an imitation of the Nobel Prizes).
It is aimed at offenders who commit the worst crimes, and to follow the parody of the Nobel, there is a No-vel of Medicine (for those who kill more people on the basis of adulterated drugs) or a No-vel of War parodying the Nobel Peace Prize (for those who cause more conflicts and wars) ....
