    Overview

    Established in 1877, the Clearview Mental Institution is located somewhere in New Jersey. It was the insane asylum where Ernest Fairchild was treated for most of his life. It is also the place where he died when the Dream Probe, built by Mary Young, exploded while Ernest was hooked up to the device.
