I really dislike those choices you have put up there ... So I'd go with Eva Green She's a good actress and comes across as very Classy, Elegant and sexy. Which is how I see Selina Kyle.
none of these women are selina kyle, but if i had to go with one from the list, i'd have to say kate beckinsale comes closest. some of these choices are ridiculous, rachel bilson? c'mon. mila kunis's face could pull off a selina, but i'm not as confident in her acting abilities. and yes, i did say "her face" cause when i think about her trying to act catwoman, all i can hear is meg saying ..."meow" x[
out of the ones you posted I choose Mila Kunis, mostly cause I loved the 70's show, and American Psycho2 (even if it wasn't up to par with the original)
But a little known actress I like named Angela Bettis, is who I think would make a fantastic Selena/Catwoman and she could do both sides pretty well.(follow the link, and check her out)
or Anna Farris, she could pull off the sassy smart ass nature, hence "Waiting" the original.

@Caligula: angela bettis, to me, seems a little too scrawny to be selina, and imo her face is too.... skeletal? and anna farris... meh, she's cool but she's just not selina. i think that other girl from waiting, the one that played naomi would be better... cause at least she looks more like selina.
BUT, i've yet to see an actress that screams SELINA KYLE/CATWOMAN.

Kate I think is perfect for the role...she's sexy,a decent actress,age appropriate for a love interest,she is a well known actress.All of those qualities lend to her fitting the role perfectly in my opinion just giver her some tight leather and a posh lifestyle and she will pull it off.
