Depends on the artist, but generally, no, Power Girl has the larger bust.

Though, in my humble opinion, most of the time, Catwoman is drawn more attractively.

It doesn't really matter though. They both have a pretty big rack.

No, Power Girl is a lot larger. It depends on the artist, but if one drew a big rack on Catwoman, then you can bet they would up Power Girl as well.

(But honestly no. Selina's suit and various disguises have generally been facilitated by having a lithe figure. Some artists just get carried away.)

@lifeofvibe: Hm. That is a fair point -- I'd say it's anomalous but at the same time it lasted long enough to have become a new standard.

I think it's safe to say that there are very few versions of Selina -- written, or drawn -- which I consider truly reasonable. Whether that's fair or not is an entirely different question :)
