    What is it that they say about house-guests and bad fish? How they both start to stink after a couple of days? Well, Oswald Cobblepot has been hanging around Catwoman’s new city, and Selina Kyle has been holding her nose for far too long. It’s time to send the Penguin packing! I mean, the guy smelled like fish even before he arrived.

    Note: The variant cover by Tony Daniel was originally intended to be the regular cover for Batman #46 but when he found out it was going to be a Booster Gold story he asked the editor if he could do a new cover. The image was then solicited as the image for the variant cover of Batman #48 but was then replaced by an image by Frank Cho.
