    Kelvin runs the Order, which is the religious group in Jason Rubin's Iron and the Maiden series.

    Sweet Joey Petunia has worked to Muscle the Order out of their lucrative church in the financial district of town. This has lead to Cardinal Kelvin has backed the Mayor in his anti-gambling movement, which has upset the Syndicate. This has lead to some of the Syndicate's gambling joints getting shut down, wiping out part of the Syndicate's income. Big Daddy sends Iron to pay Kelvin a visit and convince him to back off. Kelvin refuses which leads to Big Daddy getting rather upset with Iron.

    After Iron has recovered from his coma, he visits the Cardinal to try to work out a deal that'll be in the best interest for both Iron and the Order.
