Abraxas is the anthesis of Eternity whom Captain Universe serves as one of his two Guardians. It is possible that Captain Universe was created by Eternity in order to set the one destined to defeat Abraxas (Reed Richards) on the right path, which Captain Universe did so when he unveiled Abraxas' plans to Reed.
A member of The Garden and an avatar of creation, Abyss is an enemy of the Avengers. She plans to recreate Earth in a new vision and possesses the power of mind manipulation. She was ordered by Captain Universe to join the Avengers.

When Aleta became Starhawk she came to the rescue of her fellow Guardians of the Galaxy before they were all nearly destroyed by a high-ranking Badoon Scientist named L'Matto who had been chosen to become Captain Universe in order to keep the Guardians from committing an act of genocide in a time period not their own. Nevertheless Aleta found that not even the full power of The Hawk God was enough to bring L'Matto down, but thanks to some help from Dr. Strange they were finally able to take down L'Matto once and for all.
Annihilus, a native of the planet Arthos, is the ruler of the Negative Zone and longtime foe of the Fantastic Four. He is a nihilist who is obsessed with finding different ways to extend his lifespan and isn't opposed to destroying all that which he sees as a threat to his existence.
After having his size-manipulation abilities increased as well as being given the power to absorb energy by Doctor Doom, Atlas (who was still going by the name Goliath) attempted to get Spider-Man to unload all of The Uni-Power into his body. However each time Goliath consumed a portion of The Uni-Power he grew dramatically in size. Eventually it reached the point where had grown so large that his heart gave out. He soon collapsed and all of the energy he had absorbed returned to Spider-Man. This occurred during The Acts of Vengeance Crossover
On Earth-91110, Captain Universe had come to believe that Aunt May's needs were distracting Spider-Man from his duties and therefore were interfering with the needs of the many. In response Captain Universe ordered Spider-Man to travel to the Middle East and forcibly end the war between Iraq and Iran, this prompted Peter to transform right in front of May with no regards as to how she would take it. May went into shock and had a heart attack upon seeing her nephew transform.
When Baron Karza merged his soul with the body of a deranged scientist named Prometheus he became as large as a normal human and found his powers increase to a point where he was virtually Omnipotent. When all hope seemed lost and both Arcturus Rann and Princess Marionette were about to be killed by Karza he was suddenly attacked by Captain Universe (Ray Coffin) who forced him into a violent confrontation that ended with Karza breaking off his connection to Prometheus and fleeing back to The Microverse.

Agent and current title-bearer of the name Scorpion: Carmilla Black was originally supposed to capture Captain Universe as ordered by her superior Derek Khanata but X-23 made her see that what she was trying to do was wrong and allowed both X-23 and Captain Universe to escape before S.H.I.E.L.D. arrived to pick her up.
Chaos is the Demon King of The Whirldemons and one of Prince Wayfinder's oldest foes. He recently returned to Earth in a bid to unleash his armies and conquer the planet once more.
When Brother Royal challenged The Guardians of the Galaxy to a one-on-one fight against a Badoon Gladiator of his choosing Charlie-27 made sure that he was going to be the one to fight the contender by knocking both Talon and Nikki out. When he teleported to the arena where the fight was being held Charlie-27 found himself up against L'Matto, a high-ranking Badoon Scientist who had been chosen to become Captain Universe in order to keep The Guardians of the Galaxy from committing an act of genocide in a time period not their own. L'Matto's vicious brutality towards Charlie-27 during their fight caused a large blood clot to form in Charlie's throat which nearly killed him.

On Earth-9997 both Captain Universe and Captain Mar-Vell waged an epic war against Mistress Death in The Land of the Dead. When the time came to confront her they convinced Thanos that she merely had been using him from the first moment they met and that she had never truly loved him. They then handed The Ultimate Nullifier over to the devastated and broken-hearted Thanos who then used it to erase her from existence.
Agent Derek Khanata wished to capture Captain Universe so that S.H.I.E.L.D. could force him to do what they wanted.
During The Acts of Vengeance Crossover, Doctor Doom became obsessed with learning the true source of Spider-Man's amazing new powers which he did discover following the fight with T.E.S.S. One but strangely enough never took any action.

In an alternate universe one of Frankie Raye's counterparts betrayed her world's Galactus and became the Herald of Abraxas, the anthesis of Eternity. Therefore when the time came that the Captain Universe of Earth-Law Enforcement Squad came incredibly close to revealing Abraxas' plans to Reed Richards of Earth-616 she attempted to destroy him. All she did however was destroy an M-Body Captain Universe created to interact with The Mortal Realm. His "death" left open a portal to Captain Universe's private sanctuary where he revealed the nature of Eternity, the Omniverse and exactly what Abraxas was doing to both Reed and the Doctor Druid of Earth-Law Enforcement Squad. Even though she failed to keep Captain Universe from exposing Abraxas' plans she was able to keep her ties to Abraxas a secret.
Gorr the God Butcher is by far one of Thor's deadliest villains, whose sole purpose in life is to destroy all Gods/Elder-Gods across the Multiverse, believing them to be inherently cruel, capricious, and illegitimate. Armed with the mysterious Necroblade--a weapon that commands ancient, ebon energies--and an unyielding resentment for all things divine, Gorr was pushed to create the Godbomb which would have made them obsolete.

On Earth-91110, the Hobgoblin threatened the life of Joe Robertson and soon found himself in conflict with Captain Universe (in the form of Spider-Man) who quickly defeated him and accidentally rearranged the molecular structure of his face to resemble Peter Parker's however a spell placed on the Hobgoblin secretly by Dr. Strange made the Hobgoblin see the face of a demon rather than Peter Parker's face.
While still in his "Joe Fixit" persona The Hulk was hired by Sebastian Shaw to capture Captain Universe (Spider-Man) in the wake of The Acts of Vengeance Crossover.
Hydro-Man was defeated by Captain Universe (Spider-Man) alongside The Shocker and The Rhino during The Acts of Vengeance Crossover.
