    Mortimer X. Mortimer was a mild man, who was pushed over by others. Then, one day, (for some reason) the heroes of one copy of Red band magazine got out of its pages, and gave him one power from each of them! Every time that Mortimer would rub that copy of RB-comics on top of his head, and say its name, he would change to the astonishing...Captain Milksop! If he would do the same while he was the Captain, he would change back to his normal self.
