A sentient planet located in the Microverse
Visalia is a native of K'ai, Jarella's world. When a mentioned (but not depicted in detail) conflict between Thanos and Baron Karza merged K'ai and others Micro-realms to a single Microverse, Visalia attempted to create her own kingdom in this Microverse. She claimed to be a sister of Jarella and convinced Drax the Destroyer to act as her "Hulk". Her brief reign of tyranny ended after a conflict with Genis-Vell and the Micronauts.
Dexam was a member of the Micronauts introduced in "Alpha Flight" vol. 2 #10-11 (May - June, 1998). He was a cyborg whose right arm was actually a cannon firing energy blasts. His mechanical eye was actually a targeting device. He betrayed the team to Visalia in "Captain Marvel" vol. 5 #5-6 (May-June, 2000).
Princess Mari was the daughter of the King and Queen of Homeworld. When Baron Karza killed her parents and enslaved their planet, she helped lead the underground resistance fighters on Homeworld, before joining Commander Arcturus Rann as a member of the Micronauts.
Arcturus Rann was an explorer, kept in stasis for 1000 years while touring the microverse through the eyes of his mechanical companion Biotron. Rann awoke to discover his home planet, Homeworld, was subjugated by the tyrant Baron Karza. He helped form the Micronauts to save Homeworld and end Karza's reign of terror.
A mutant able to control her bone growth, providing her with armor, clubs, and knives. As a child, she was taken in by the Morlocks where she would form the terrorist group Gene Nation before joining the X-Men. Her allegiances have shifted frequently since then. She was once de-powered after M-Day.
A mythological hulking beast that roams the Canadian wilderness, attacking and ingesting those unlucky enough to cross it's path. It is an enemy of various heroes, specifically the Hulk.
Marlo Chandler-Jones is the wife of Rick Jones and former lover to both the Hulk and Moondragon. Due to her relationship with Rick, she has often found herself in several superhero adventures and cosmic conflicts.
An Eternal with the Deviant gene, making him unique and extremely powerful, even amongst his own kind. Above all else, Thanos loves and worships Mistress Death. Few can equal his intelligence, strength, and ambition for power. Thanos has wielded the Cosmic Cube, the Infinity Gauntlet, and even the Heart of the Universe.
Moondragon is a powerful telekinetic and telepath, as well as the daughter of Arthur Douglas (better known as Drax). She once possessed the Mind Gem, one of the six Infinity Gems. Although she is a cold, shrewd loner at heart, she was almost always a member of a superhero team.
After he and his family were killed by Thanos, Arthur Douglas was recreated as Drax the Destroyer by Mentor and Kronos with the sole purpose of destroying Thanos. He later joined the Guardians of the Galaxy.
A long-lived mutant with the rage of a beast and the soul of a Samurai, James "Logan" Howlett's once mysterious past is filled with blood, war, and betrayal. Possessing an accelerated healing factor, keenly enhanced senses, and bone claws in each hand (along with his skeleton) that are coated in adamantium; Wolverine is, without question, the ultimate weapon.
Cloned from the DNA of the Kree warrior Mar-Vell, Genis-Vell was implanted with false memories making him believe he was instead Starfox's son. He was then artificially aged so that he'd be ready to face Mar-Vell's enemies. He inherited the title of Captain Marvel, but succumbed to the madness of Cosmic Awareness as he became nearly omnipotent and sought to "fix" the universe. He redeemed himself afterwards and became part of the Thunderbolts, where he took the title of Photon and was killed by Baron Zemo.
Jean Grey was one of the five original X-Men. An omega-level mutant telepath and powerful telekinetic, Jean has gained near limitless powers as a recurrent host of the Phoenix Force. She is known for her return from death and as the wife of Cyclops.
After being bombarded with a massive dose of gamma radiation while saving a young man's life during an experimental bomb testing, Dr. Robert Bruce Banner was transformed into the Incredible Hulk: a green behemoth who is the living personification of rage and pure physical strength.
A scrappy, rebellious orphan, Rick Jones stumbled into the test site for the Gamma Bomb and inadvertently caused Bruce Banner to be caught in the blast that transformed Banner into the Hulk. Rick became the Hulk's closest confidant, a member of the Avengers, and a friend and sidekick to multiple heroes. Rick eventually became an immortal gamma mutate and has undergone multiple transformations.
A charming master thief and skilled martial artist who became a member of the X-Men, Gambit possesses the mutant ability to change potential energy in inanimate objects into kinetic energy which causes them to explode. His signature move is throwing kinetically-charged playing cards at his opponents.
Kurt Wagner is a prominent member of the X-Men and former member and leader of Excalibur. He possessed the Neyaphemian ability of teleportation, as well as incredible agility, wall scaling and a prehensile tail. Nightcrawler is a devout Catholic, contrasting his demonic appearance. He is a highly skilled swordsmen and former circus acrobat.
Piotr Rasputin is a Russian mutant who possesses the ability to transform his body into organic steel, giving him immense strength and durability. Colossus is among the physically strongest X-Men, and is a talented artist.
The first X-Man, Scott Summers possesses the mutant ability to fire powerful concussive blasts through his eyes that act as a portal to another dimension full of the force that makes up his optic blast. He is visually distinctive for the ruby quartz visor he wears to control his devastating power. A born leader, Cyclops succeeded his mentor Professor X to command the X-Men.
The adopted daughter of Mystique, Rogue was once a member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. Now reformed, Rogue has become a veteran member of the X-Men.
Born to an American photo journalist and Kenyan princess, Ororo Munroe is one of the most recognizabe superheroines in the Marvel Universe. Using her unique ability to see and manipulate natural energy patterns of the universe to summon any type of weather phenomenon she desires in the blink of an eye, she is called Storm.
