    No Currently his powers are based on his own confidence The more he believes in himself and what he is doing the stronger he is and the less susceptible to damage he becomes

    Ok merlin let cap die and he says that cap was full of doubt but now caps powers are based on his own confidence  so to me that dont make sense

    I dig him, His costume(s) are awesome but is he even a mutant any more? Since his powers have changed like 3 times, now they're confidence based at one point he needed some amulet....I'm lost.

    Thats the thing he was not and is not a mutant he got his powers by merlyn which is why he had the amulet when he first started but over time his powers went from the amulet to his costume to now being in him
