Collecting issues #1-6 of the DC COMICS – THE NEW 52 series!

Captain Atom is taking his powers to new heights – saving people all across the world in the blink of an eye. But is he losing control of his powers, making him a threat to the planet?

Back Blurb

Charged by nuclear energy and possessing vast molecular powers, USAF pilot Nathaniel Adam, better known as Captain Atom, has the potential to be a literal god among men --- a hero without limits. But the question is: Can he keep his powers under control?

He frequently returns to the scientific facility known as the Continuum so that Dr. Megala and the staff can help him further understand his abilities and stabilize his body when his grasp on his powers seems to be slipping. Despite his misgivings, the government is intent on recruiting Captain Atom as a a weapon of mass destruction.

Ultimately, his powers are tested when a great danger lurks in the shadows, a threat unlike any other --- yet strangely similar to Captain Atom. What is the secret connection between the hero and this unholy beast...?

Don't miss the start of a legend from writer J.T. KRUL (GREEN ARROW, TEEN TITANS) and artist FREDDIE WILLIAMS II (JSA ALL-STARS) in CAPTAIN ATOM: EVOLUTION, collecting issues #1-6.
