After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

    I always feel like Steve is been slacking lately and they depowered him a little, who do you guys think Steve Rogers can beat if an unbiased, fair writer who put all of steve's past feats into consideration?

    I love Steve but do you think a non-holding back spider-man can be held back by Steve? Keep in mind the author will have to fair and unbiased towards both of them, which means writing Peter to his full potential.
