After a failed mission left him encased in ice for decades, he was found and revived by the Avengers, later joining their ranks and eventually becoming the team's leader.

    I think so. He'd probably have super sterngth and hellfire, seeing as he scares the living stuff out of his opponents on the football field
     
    What would his powers be?

    He would be a better villain. He is scary as hell. And didnt he go to jail for stabbing someone a long time ago?
