    Was released at ComicCon July 2010 to promote NBC's The Cape.

    The Cape's latest mission takes him to Little Shanghai to protect an honest councilman who has dared to push back against the notorious Palm City crime boss Scales and his associates, the Big Circle Triads. The Cape becomes entangled in a fierce fight that calls upon all of his skill, strategy and strength - as well as Orwell's assistance - in order to triumph.
