    Canary was a psycho-sonic empath chosen by Devil to help her take down the Legion of Super-Heroes. Devil kidnapped Dreamer and used her psychic powers to amplify Canary's vibratory field and disrupt all of the electronic devices in the city. Since Canary was easily manipulated due to her child-like intelligence, Dreamer was able to distract the girl long enough to burn her hand on a candle. Dreamer's pain overwhelmed Canary's empathic senses, breaking their connection and allowing Dreamer to escape.

    Powers

    Canary is an empath, capable of sensing the emotions and physical sensations of those around her. She also has psycho-sonic abilities that allow her to convert psychic vibrations into sonic vibrations that disrupt electrical systems. The range of Canary's vibrations is normally limited, but when she links her mind to a Naltorian, she can amplify her pyscho-sonic field to disrupt the power of an entire city. Canary can focus her power into a psioncally-charged sonic scream, but this drains her powers.
