The third Air Wave (Hal Jordan) first faced the Calculator alongside the second Atom (Ray Palmer). The two defeated him, but Calculator eventually came back as the anti-oracle.

Calculator is the villain's equivalent of Oracle. His obsessive compulsive disorder causes him to fixate on finding the Oracle's true identity while being haunted by her avatar everywhere. He is rare in that he confronted Barbara directly having a battle with her, only believing her to be one of Oracle's agents.
