Hey, thanks to those who complimented me! I was the Power Girl and the Ghost (and that Lady Deadpool someone posted in the comments). I had a great time at C2E2 and it's cool to see my friends and I posted up here.
I figured I'd clarify something since it seemed a topic of debate:

That'd be a girdled costume. I've heard of them, and they cost a pretty penny. You can guarantee that she didn't make that outfit at home, but professionally commissioned it. She could have done more with her wig though. "
This was not a 'girdled costume' and I made it myself. I make all my own costumes. I also work out pretty regularly - my waist is trim and my thighs are pretty thick due to muscle. It's just how I'm built.
I did wear an underbust corset for Power Girl - not out of necessity, but due to self-consciousness. Skin-tight white is never flattering, and the night before was St. Patrick's Day...in Chicago...so you bet I was feeling a little drink-bloated the next day. Why the heck would I be at a con for 7+ hours and be uncomfortable the whole while? That sounds like a waste of a good time.
