    Cordelia takes her daddy's car and drives Xander to the woods to make out. They are interrupted by a werewolf. Now Buffy's plate is full; not only is Angel still active, now she has to contend with this latest pressing threat to Sunnydale.

    Xander immediately suspects Larry, the school bully, and is determined to confront him.

    Meanwhile, Willow, baffled by Oz's on again off again romantic intentions, is determined to confront him.

    Buffy vs. Werewolf 0

    As Buffy's mentor Giles points out in this episode, werewolves are "one of the classics". The theme song to Buffy the Vampire Slayer even begins with a howl of a wolf. Yet it took until fairly late in the second season for the show to introduce one.Sadly, werewolves seem to be overlooked in the genre. While vampires abound, werewolf stories tend to be few and far between, despite vampires and werewolves being two sides of the same coin. Both hunt by night. Vampires drink human blood; werewolves...
