    Henchmen of the Secret Empire, they were created after genetic alterations by Arnim Zola. Fought the T-Bolts in a gladiatorial arena but were defeated and remanded into custody.
    They were disenfranchised youths from various part of the States selected by the Secret Empire who proceeded to scan them for genetic profiles and experimented upon them.
     
    Never seen again unfortunately.
