The Return of Looker or Bruce Wayne?
Story: The road home continues into the Outsiders. In Markovia there have been riots against Geo-Force and even assassins hired to kill him. Looker returns and greets Katana. Halo doesn't remember Looker because of her memory issues. Viki Vale decides to meet up with Creeper for some journalist advice. She asks him about publishing something that she knows can hurt certain people and he tells her not to. Geo-Force is happy to see Looker again. The Outsiders go out into the riot and try to stop it without hurting anyone. The entire time Bruce has been watching the Outsiders and taking notes in his journal. Bruce fights each of them and wins, even against Geo-Force. At the end, Bruce is talking to Katana and she says that she missed him. He wants her to keep an eye on the Outsiders and he leaves.- Writing: This issue felt like Bruce's return was just thrown into an already existing story. I was definitely not impressed with this issue. I know I am sounding repetetive but Bruce returning seems to mean nothing in these one shots. The story was focused more on Looker returning then Bruce returning. I also feel that Cassandra Cain should have been mentioned because she was once apart of the Outsiders and I feel like no one in the Outsiders cares about where she's been.
- Characters: Bruce did not even seem that important in this issue. All he did was talk to Tatsu and fight the Outsiders a little. Looker returning was made such a big deal of in this one shot. That made me mad and unpleased.
- Dialogue: Bruce's dialogue seems too comfortable in these one shots and I think that's a mistake.
- Art: Cartoony.

- Penciling: The penciling felt cartoony but I didn't hate it.
- Coloring: The coloring was pretty good.
- My favorite scene!
- I did like the scene where Bruce fought the Outsiders. I liked seeing his observation of each of them in his journal.
- Reasons to and not to pick up.
- Reasons to pick up: Bruce's Return! If you are a big Looker fan then this issue was perfect for that. The fight scene was pretty cool and Viki's scene wasn't bad.
- Reasons not to pick up: The fact that Bruce's return felt over looked in this issue is a major turn off. Bruce's story feels just thrown into Geo-Force's story. The art wasn't that good.
- Verdict: Do not pick up. 2 out of 5.
