Career
Bruce Patterson first became involved in the late 1970s when he worked as an inker for DC and a letterer for Marvel, working on titles such as Action Comics and The Invincible Iron Man, among many others. He continued to work for DC throughout the 1980s, as an inker and infrequently as a letterer and penciller, occasionally doing cover art. He also continued to do work for Marvel, as well as producing some work for the alternative comics company First Comics. In the 1990s he also did work for Fantagraphics, Claypool Comics and Dark Horse, among others, along with continuing to work for DC and Marvel.
