    Wayne Russell tests out his new powers and discovers that someone is watching him. When he tries to track them down, he falls into a trap set by the local gang he encountered last issue. They have a surprise in store for their superpowered nemesis. Meanwhile, halfway around the world, trouble brews in Afghanistan when a man with similar powers emerges.

    It´s not only the originality and creativity behind this miniseries that makes it great, but because it´s about a human being who was given enormous power but the writer decided to focus not only in this fact, but to keep his humanity in check - this book is more about the captain Russel, than Russel the Thunder, and that´s great - another great thing about this narrative is the fact that in each issue there´s a main theme: the first one was about music, games and movies; the second issue was ab...
